The dumb project uses Bugs Everywhere, a distributed bugtracker that lives in the same git repository as the code.
A static list of existing bugs is available online; to report a new issue or request new features you can either describe them on the mailing list or clone the repository, use be to create / edit the bug and send a git patch to the mailing list.
